Sensing the Unseen

Installation Design for ‘Sensing the Unseen’ experience at the National Gallery, London. It is the first exhibition at the Gallery to be created as part of the new innovation programme which explores new kinds of Gallery experiences using digital technologies and which places visitors at the heart of the design process.

The show is about a single painting, the Adoration of the Kings (1510-15) by Jan Gossaert. Gossaert’s altarpiece is widely regarded to be one of the finest examples of Renaissance Art. The project invites visitors to step into an immersive world, revealing the intricate details hidden in the painting, using immersive audio, gesture and animation.
